Lemon Honey Ricotta Basil Bruschetta

Prep / Cook Time: about 20 minutes

drizzle lightly with olive oil. bake in oven for 5 minutes at 300 degrees

zest a lemon

add ricotta cheese (I highly recommend using the real stuff… the half fat just won’t be as good in this recipe)

drizzle honey onto the ricotta.

add your lemon zest. then, squeeze your lemon on top. broil in the oven for 5 minutes

horray for fresh basil!

Pop into oven for 1-2 minutes, but be careful not to let the basil leaves burn like I did below…

wash AND HAND DRY (essential) your basil. add the leaves

ENJOY!!
